Okay now that you’re done laughing at the fact that I eat Fiber One cereal we can get back to the topic.

My first impression was “wow this is such a great idea and seemingly so simple.” I also wondered why no other company has ever done this before. I also wondered how people willl react to this different size. It’s going to make pouring your cereal different. Not easier or harder but just different. Some people don’t mind different (I like it) some people won’t like it.

I think overall it’s a great idea and a big step forward. Cereal boxes have been the same size for decades so if a huge corporation like General Mills can re-evaluate and change something as basic as this it makes me excited. What are you doing in your own business to re-think something and make it better or more sustainable?
