Andrew and I have returned from our vacation and started the process of editing the many, many pictures that we took.  It’s going to take a little while to get through all of those pictures…but be sure to check back to see some of the amazing places that we visited!  In the mean time, I thought I’d share some of Katie and Troy’s engagement pictures.  We met Katie and Troy out in Hollywood to shoot their engagement session.  It was actually the first time that we met…as Katie and Troy live in California and booked us over the phone for their wedding this August at the Lakewood Country Club here in Colorado.  We spent the evening walking and shooting around the Sunset Strip and getting to know Katie and Troy a bit better and soaking in a bit of the California sun (although it was a bit chilly that evening)!  Here are a few of our favorites from their session – be sure to leave us a comment and let us know what you think…enjoy!

We found this old Dodge on the street behind the Sunset Tower Hotel…and it made for some great pictures.

Spring was in full bloom in LA…so we were able to find plenty of beautiful flowering trees.

Katie and Troy – we had such a great time photographing you and getting to know you a bit better!  You were such naturals in front of the camera and you did such a great job!  Thanks for playing along with all of our silly requests and for allowing us to shoot in your home state!  We’re so happy that things worked out for us to meet you out in California and we can’t wait for the wedding in August!
