Andrew and I had the great pleasure of photographing Sara and Kevin’s wedding this past weekend. Although we had a couple of weddings at the beginning of the year…this one really marks the start of the wedding season for us. The next few months for us will be pretty busy…but we couldn’t be more excited about what’s to come! Andrew and I are incredibly blessed to work with such amazing couples on their happiest of days…and Sara and Kevin were no exception! We had such a great time photographing their wedding up at the Boettcher Mansion! Here are a few of our favorites from the day…
Sara spent the morning getting ready at her parents house. Her Mom and Dad were adorable…running around and making sure that everyone had everything that they needed! I spent the morning with Sara and the girls as they were getting ready. The amazingly talented Rachael with Girls and Curls was a one woman hair machine as she worked her way through all of the girls hair! As the girls were getting all dolled up I took some time to take pictures of some of my favorite details from the day. Sara opted for some fantastic pink polka dot shoes…I almost squealed out loud when I saw them for the first time!! One of my all time favorite things is when a bride chooses fun shoes for her wedding day…and these shoes were F.U.N! I loved her pearl necklace too!
Sara found the cutest floral hairpin on ETSY. Definitely go check out The Posie Shoppe’s website…they have some amazing, chic and affordable hairpins!
I LOVED Sara’s dress from Priscilla of Boston…the flowers matched perfectly with her tiny hairpin. And her peachy-pink rosette purse…to die for!
Sara was a stunning bride! All of the gorgeous flowers were provided by Stems …don’t you love her bouquet?
The girls were stunning in green and white patterned dresses which were perfectly complimented with their peachy-pink and green flowers.
The guys…looking cool, calm and collected.
Kevin’s pink and red paisley patterned tie went perfectly with the rest of the details from the day.
There’s those shoes again! :)
One of my favorites from the day…
Emily Lenich of Particulars did an amazing job bringing the whole vision of the day together. From the place cards to the flowers and decor…this was one stunning wedding! I loved seeing Kevin and Sara’s place cards…and the exclamation mark after Sara’s new last name!
Sara’s adorable dog Ace served as the inspiration for the table numbers at the reception. He is one cute puppy! Catering by Design helped to transform the Fireside Room at the Boettcher Mansion into a rustic, warm and cozy reception site…and the dinner was divine.
The Makery did a spectacular job with Sara and Kevin’s yummy cake!
Congratulations Sara and Kevin! We are so happy and excited for you! Thank you for allowing us to be part of your very special day…and have a blast in Belize!
