We are getting super excited over here for Corrie and Scott’s wedding this weekend up at the Boettcher Mansion!  We knew this Seattle couple would be a ton of fun to work with…and we had such a blast with them while they were out for Thanksgiving!  We headed out to Cheeseman Park for a few shots and then ventured over to Larimer Square to warm up with some Starbucks and to take a couple more photos at night.  Here are a few of our favorites from their engagement session…and be sure to check back soon for some of the picture from their winter wedding!

A little over a month ago we were up in Golden for one of our last weddings of the year.  Stacey and Sean were married at the Boettcher Mansion at the top of Lookout Mountain in Golden.  It was a crisp, fall Colorado day…and it couldn’t have been more perfect for this pair!  Julie with Bliss Elevated made sure that they entire day ran smoothly!  Stacey and Sean are two of a kind.  Generous, kind, loving and completely hilarious!  We couldn’t have been more happy to be with them on their big day…here are some of our favorites…

I little over a month ago Andrew and I had the great pleasure of photographing Katie and Andy’s wedding up at the Boettcher Mansion in Golden.  Emily Lenich of Particulars Planning did an incredible job with all of the details of the day.  Despite the snowy and cold weather outside, the entire day went off without a hitch…well…I guess there was one hitch!  Katie and Andy got hitched!  :)  Congrats, you two!  We feel so lucky to have been there to celebrate with you!  Here are a few of our favorites from the day…

We love working with couples that are fun and have a great sense of humor.  Mostly because we like to think that we’re pretty fun and we certainly think we’re funny!  So when we first met Brika and Justin, we instantly knew that they we were going to have a blast working with them!  And we sure did!  Brika and Justin were married about a month ago up at the Boettcher Mansion at the top of Lookout Mountain in Golden.  They opted for a morning wedding…serving espresso and a yummy brunch.  They both love breakfast foods…so it was the perfect fit!  We loved being there with Brika & Justin and their family and friends on their big day – here are a few of our favorites!

They both knew that there might be something there.  You know…something more than “just friends”.  Something that could be “it”.  It wasn’t too long after she moved to Denver that they were sure…this was definitely IT!  They remember the exact moment that they fell in love…on that playground in Breckenridge.  The same playground where he proposed months later.  When you know, you just know.

We had such an incredible time with Brika and Justin last week!  We headed out for some fun, urban engagement pictures in the Highlands and downtown Denver…and I think we laughed through the entire session!  Brika and Justin are full of life…and really just big kids at heart! :)  We can’t wait for their wedding this October at the Boettcher Mansion in Golden…it’s going to be amazing!  Here are a few of our favorites from their session…enjoy! :)

We are so thrilled to be working with Katie and Andy this year!  We can’t wait for their wedding this October at the Boettcher Mansion on top of Lookout Mountain…it’s going to be outstanding!  We met Katie and Andy for a chilly winter engagement session in Boulder’s Chautauqua Park earlier this month.  They were such great troopers, hanging out in the cold as we torchered them by taking lots of pictures!  :)  Here are a few of our favorites from their session…enjoy!

Well the Holidays are officially over…and now it’s probably about time that we get back to work!  We’ve got a couple of weddings and portraits to show you, but up first is Roxanne and Des!  Roxanne and Des were married on December 18th, a week before Christmas!  As many of you know…Andrew and I LOVE Christmas…and we LOVE weddings…so Roxanne and Des’ big day was the perfect combination for us!  Here are a few of their pictures…enjoy!

Roxanne and Des were married in the LDS Temple, so we were there to capture them coming out of their ceremony and greeting their families and friends.  I absolutely loved Roxanne’s throwback, Hollywood-style wedding gown and hairpiece.  Plus, Des’ bow-tie fit right in!

While we haven’t had much snow in the Denver area so far this winter…there was a little bit of snow on the ground at the Boettcher Mansion for Roxanne and Des’ big day!

During the ceremony each of Roxanne and Des’ parents introduced the members of their families, told stories and offered words of wisdom before they exchanged rings.
