Winter weddings are quickly becoming some of our favorites! Especially when the weather cooperates and provides a perfect blanket of snow on the ground…and beautiful sunshine and blue skies for the wedding day. Corrie and Scott hoped for just that type of weather for their wedding last month up at the Boettcher Mansion in Golden, Colorado…and I think they got just what they hoped for! We had such a great time working with this laid back Seattle couple…here are a few of our favorites from their big day…

How amazing are these shoes? I love you, Anthropologie! :)

Scott getting ready with the guys…

Special thanks to Becky with Sixpence Weddings for helping with some of the amazing details and making the whole day run smoothly!

Love the cowboy boots, too!

Bling, bling.

Corrie getting into her dress and finishing up the last minute details before she and Scott shared their “first look”.

I think his expression says it all. He was one happy groom! :)

And clearly she’s deeply head over heels for him too!

This is why I love Colorado! Check out that view!

Scott with his parents…just minutes before the ceremony began.

Two of my favorites of Corrie with her Dad…

The parents watching as the ceremony takes place…

The fireplace in the Fireside Room at the Boettcher Mansion is a beautiful backdrop for an indoor ceremony!

They did it! :)

This moment is always one of my favorites. When the bride and groom have just walked out of the ceremony and have their first moment to take a breath and celebrate…it’s always full of emotion!

Corrie and Scott had some really cute on-lookers too! :)

The wedding party…

We took a few more of the two of them after the ceremony…

A quiet moment before Corrie and Scott walked into their reception…

I adore the Mason jars and wooden table numbers that Corrie and Scott used in their centerpieces…and check out how cool those paper flowers are!

In lieu of a guestbook, Corrie and Scott had their guests sign an antique ski and a hockey stick – two of their favorite sports!

Ready made s’mores and creme brulee…yum! Corrie and Scott actually first met at a friends wedding where they shared their creme brulee for dessert…so it was a must at their wedding!

Corrie’s grandmother started off the speeches by reading a beautiful Valentine from her late husband – amazing.

The first dance…

Grandma was getting down on the dance floor – love it! :)

Corrie and Scott – Congratulations! We are so happy for you both and we feel so very fortunate to have been there with you to capture these wonderful memories!
Much Love,
Jessica (and Andrew too!)
